Who we are
TFEST26 is the supply chain transformation conference held in Berlin, December 1–2, 2026. The platform at this URL is operated by the TFEST26 organizing team. For privacy questions, contact privacy@tfest.ai. For general queries, hello@tfest.ai.
Data we collect
- LinkedIn profile data when you sign in with LinkedIn — your name, profile picture, email, and LinkedIn subject identifier.
- Self-declared profile fields — job title, company, and seniority level you provide during onboarding.
- Voting and nomination activity — the topics you upvote, the speakers you nominate, and the suggestions you submit (planned for upcoming releases).
- Email address when you sign in via email magic link or subscribe to platform updates.
How we use your data
- Authentication — to sign you in and keep your session active.
- Role assignment — to determine whether you are a delegate, organizer, or visitor and to render the correct experience.
- Social-proof aggregation — we display the title and company of users backing a topic, but never personal names.
- Platform statistics — we aggregate vote counts, topic odds, and participation trends to run the program.
- Transactional email — we send sign-in links and occasional agenda updates to subscribers.
Cookies & local storage
We use the strictly-necessary Supabase session cookies to keep you signed in and one localStorage key (tfest26-cookie-consent-v1) to remember your choice on the consent banner. The platform sets no third-party analytics, ad, tracking, or fingerprinting cookies in this MVP. If we add analytics in a future release, we will update this policy and the consent banner together before enabling them.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the following rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (Article 17) — request that we delete your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Restriction — restrict the processing of your data.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw any consent you have given.
How to exercise your rights / request deletion
To exercise any of the rights above, email privacy@tfest.ai. We respond within 30 days. Deletion is permanent — your auth account, profile, votes, nominations, and email subscriptions are removed and cannot be recovered.
Data retention
We keep your data for up to 12 months after the event (December 1–2, 2026) so we can stay in touch about future TFEST programs. After that period your data is deleted unless you have separately requested earlier deletion via the steps above.
